  • Shipping & Delivery

    The Bottom Dollar Mercantile is proud to finally be able to offer our customers the option to place orders online for delivery! To place an order for delivery follow these steps:

    1. Create an Account (You will need an email address)
      • From the homepage, click "My Account" in the upper-lefthand corner. Then click "Create an Account" on the left side of the new page. From there simply follow the on-screen instructions.
      • *Be sure to double-check that all information is entered and entered accurately!
      • *Be sure to write down or remember your log-in information (email address and password). If you forget either you can contact us at or call the store at 870-687-2648 and we can reset them for you.
    2. Once your account is created and you are logged in, you can start adding items to your cart.
      • From the homepage, expand the product categories on the left side of the screen to get started shopping!
    3. When you are ready for checkout, keep in mind that for now we are only able to accept COD (cash, check). Also keep in mind that there is a $4 order-pulling and delivery fee for local orders (71720), up to $12 for out-of-town orders. 
  • Privacy & Security

    We know that your privacy is important to you, and that is why it is important to us as well. We use, the industry standard, for all online payment processing. This means that neither we nor anyone managing our site ever has access to your credit data. It is handled securely off-site. For more information, please consult this link

  • Returns & Replacements

    We are committed to providing our customers with quality products. If any of our customers should ever recieve a product with which they are not satisfied, we will refund or exchange the product in question, no questions asked. However, please note that:

    • Delivery fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • We will not refund or exchange used or partially used items.
    • Items exchanged which are not carried in store may require up to one week to replace.
  • Ordering

    Before placing an order with the Bottom Dollar Mercantile, please be sure that you have a valid e-mail address which you may easily access, and go to the My Account link at the top of the page (right above our logo). Once there, click Create an Account. From here, you will be able to add/edit your shipping and billing addresses, add items to your cart or wishlist, and even submit reviews of any items we carry. 

    Once an order has been placed, you will have the option to have the order delivered to you, or to pick it up at the store. Please note that while we do accept EBT, we cannot accept EBT through our online payment system or at the door. If your order is an EBT order it will need to be picked up at the store. For all other orders, we can accept cash/check upon delivery. 

  • Viewing Orders

    To view your current order(s) and order history, simply click the My Account link at the top of the page and sign in with your e-mail address and the password you set when creating your account. You are now viewing your own personal Dashboard. From here you can view a variety of information using the links on the left-hand column. To view your orders, click the My Orders link. 

  • Updating Account Information

    To update your account information, follow the steps above until you arrive at the Dashboard. From here you can edit your contact information, your Newsletter subscription, as well as your addresses and password. If you forget your password, you may call or email us and we will reset it for you. There is a 'forgot your password' link at the login page but we are currently experiencing some difficulty in enabling that functionality. We will be happy to do this for you.
